Using LOTO
LOTO is a simple anonymous message exchange. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
No warranties
LOTO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We don’t guarantee that your messages will be stored permanently or delivered to anyone in particular.
Content rules
When you submit a message, you agree not to post:
- — Hate speech or content targeting individuals or groups
- — Illegal content of any kind
- — Spam or repetitive submissions
- — Content designed to harass, threaten, or harm
Messages are moderated. Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of whatever you write. By submitting a message, you grant LOTO a non-exclusive license to store, display, and share your text through the service. Since messages are anonymous, this license is practical rather than personal.
Our rights
We reserve the right to remove any content, restrict access to the service, or shut it down entirely at any time and for any reason.
Limitation of liability
LOTO and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, exposure to offensive content submitted by others, or service interruptions. Use LOTO at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction most relevant to the parties involved.
